I received this at 4:58 PM (EST) on August 31st. I am removing all content to be safe and we will brainstorm our options as an entire site. Content will be saved in Word Documents and can be emailed to members who want their writing back, as it's only fair we get to keep our intellectual property, "mature" and wrong for Proboards as it may be. This does NOT mean the site will close, nor does it mean that what was written is "amoral", "wrong", or "bad". Do NOT beat yourselves up, guys! You are all phenomenal artists and authors and I love each one of you dearly. It's just a matter of following procedures and Terms of Service. I will message members individually to tell what was considered too "mature" if they want to know, but essentially the following seems to be considered as such:

- Sex (and mentioning of sex or sexuality)
- Violence (and mentioning of violence)
- Swearing
- Drugs/Alcohol (and mentioning of drugs and alcohol)


Note, that this is REGARDLESS of artistic merit and fighting the Proboards Staff on this will probably not bode well. Let's just do our best to play by their rules and keep our eyes peeled for places to write where we can create a variety of characters as hoped.
