Damien Blackwood-Michaud
Reese grinned. "I'm free too and I guess I'm up for it," she said. "Though I'm not sure exactly what an Anti-Valentine's day would actually look like. What exactly does it entail?"
Damien thought for a moment. Then, an impish look crossed his face. He pushed himself back to his feet and tottered out towards the ice. Ideas were forming in his head – plans involving random gifts signed by “your secret admirer” with really bad poetry attached to be delivered to Reese’s dressing room, culminating in a fancy dinner for two, were they said “hang the rules!” and cut up, carried on, and had a blast. It was all a matter of planning… But it was doable. Anything was doable. And it’d be worth it to brighten Reese’s holiday, make up for missing out on Christmas with her.
“You’ll see,” he called over his shoulder. “C’mon. You were the one who wanted to go back out on the ice!”

Reese Cordova
Damien didn't really say anything, just grinned mischievously. She got to his feet and started making his way towards the rink again. He called back over his shoulder. "You'll see," was all he said. “C’mon. You were the one who wanted to go back out on the ice!”
So it was a surprise, was it? Reese had a naturally curious streak that didn't really mix well with surprises. She was the kid who hunted through the house with their mom gone and found their Christmas presents so they could take an early peek. She was the kid who also stretched said toys to their limit till they finally broke and when asked why they did it would just say "I wanted to see what would happen." It wasn't to say that she was going to try and destroy whatever surprise Damien was planning, but she would probably have to consciously not go snooping around if it was going to still be a surprise.
"I'm coming!" she called out after him, getting to her feet. "I say just a little more skating and then we go get some hot cocoa. I'm starting to freeze over here and I can't really feel my rear end anymore," she admitted with a laugh.
