Character Adoption: An Explanation
Has your muse left you? Do you still love the idea of the character and would like to see them thrive under someone else's care? Place them for adoption!
Step 1: Create a thread.
Step 2: In the Thread Subject, note that it is a character adoption.
Step 3: Put a copy of the character's profile as the first post. Make any notes of any pertinent information about the character that is not in the original profile.
Step 4: Sit back and wait!
Do not take offense if no one takes you up on the offer. It does not mean you created a bad character! Sometimes, people are busy. Other times, they just don't have the inspiration for that particular character. And that's okay. You never know when someone might come along and adopt 'em!
If you want to adopt someone's character...
Step 1: Reply to the adoption ad.
Step 2: An admin will come by an approve the adoption.
